Action, suspend, or close out alarms without operator intervention. The Virtual Operator handles assigned signals and enables the Manitou system to automatically respond to an alarm event. The Virtual Operator can send emails, faxes, text messages, reverse channel commands and Bold MediaGateway messages.
Enhanced Action Patterns
Action Patterns in Manitou deliver step-by-step instructions on how to handle an alarm and ensure consistency. The Enhanced Action Patterns available in ManitouNEO can be constructed using logic statements like “if”, “then”, and “else.” Once initiated, Enhanced Action Patterns can look at history, run SQL statements, and even execute external programs.
Voice Record
A smart solution for voice and call recordings. VoiceRecord interfaces with the SecurVoice recording solution to link audio clips to alarms and events in Manitou. Store and replay voice recordings in Manitou’s Customer Activity Log. The integration saves time and resources when voice recordings need to be retrieved and reviewed.

Use the Video Control Center module to integrate alarm handling and video into one system through the Manitou automation software. The Video Control Center offers a broad feature set including graphically enhanced floor plans, video routes, field of view perspective, and a customizable Media Matrix for viewing video. BoldNet Neo
With the BoldNet Neo Web Access System, customers can access their accounts in Manitou from any location with Internet access. BoldNet Neo is completely brandable and includes a customizable home screen which provides key statistics at a glance – a must for any dealer on the go. Customers can view, add, and update account information, and even enter new accounts online, based on their user permissions.
BoldTrak
Provide services like asset protection, fleet/vehicle tracking, and remote emergency response using the GPS product of your choice. BoldTrak supports any GPS tracking or emergency device that transmits through GPRS, SMS, web services, or email.Includes a web portal that allows users to view their devices or make changes to their account, such as creating or modifying geofences.

Manitou High Availability
With the Manitou High Availability module, the Manitou system will automatically failover to a backup machine without operator intervention. Users encounter virtually no interruption of business since failover is initiated and performed without requiring human interaction, providing quicker response and resolution times.
Dashboard Analytics
Includes an open API so any type of statistics can be presented in the Dashboard – whether Manitou-related or not. Metrics important to the monitoring centre can be reported on and displayed. Dashboard Analytics provides a powerful tool for measuring performance and providing a visual display to encourage improvement in the monitoring centre.
